Q: Do you have other products not listed online?
A: We has many, many items not featured on our website. Our product offerings evolve constantly to reflect the newest and most popular trends in promotional marketing. Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Production time depends on the product you order. Raw material products need about 1-2 weeks, finished products need about 4-6weeks. Other advertising specialty color items can take 4 to 8 weeks. If you have a specific date when you require your shipment, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time. 

Q: How about the sample charges and express charges and lead time?
A: Our factory will offer the sample by free charge if we have the raw material or products  in stock, but the express fee will be bear by our clients. If clients have special item and color to do, you will be charged the sample fee according to your products request.
